Where's good to go for multi-vitamins in syrupy / liquid form and is there anything else that's worth boosting? (Has a progressive brain condition so B vits important I feel.)

Background is that ds had surgery last June and then again in November. He's worked b**y hard to regain lost ground since.

He is now 2 kg lighter than he was before surgery and hasn't grown. I have a niggle about it (as you can).

Was told not do change anything until we'd seen a dietician. 3 months later we've now seen the dietician who was as much use as a chocolate teapot.

So ds needs more calories really. But he eats anything and everything and really well already. Any more and he gets reflux. Can't really see how I can stuff much more in him, though will try (have been given fortified shakes to try).
