Hi Everyone,
I have a wonderfull Ds with ASD, 4 years old. LEA want him to go to a school not appropriate for him on the basis that it is one of their maintained special school. I want to have a full report for SEN tribunal from private EP but the cost of it is leaving me dizzy (in the £3000 region).
Would any of you could recommend one (not adverse to ABA) around the Bucks/Oxon area? Thanks!

Contact SOS:SEN and they can give you a list of people in your area who might be able to help.

we used David Urani.

he is not pro-ABA, but will recommend it if he thinks it in the best interests of the child. he is not cheap, but his opinion (since he usually hates ABA) is listened to.

he said that he struggled initially, on the day he saw dd1, to see why ABA was the only way forward, but by the end of the day was in no doubt whatsoever (having spent far longer with her, and us, than any other EP ever did, so full observation, history, rather than a snapshot)

it worked for us, and we won full ABA school (which is what dd1 needs)

Many thanks. I contact him already but he is really booked up!
