We have finished the gross motor / RRT part of the therapy. DS (nearly 8) has made enormous progress! It's only taken since Christmas to get this far (apparently our BO has one child who has taken a year to get to the same place).
Improvements I have noticed:
less fidgetty
less clumsy
hardly falls over any more
reading age keeps going up
eyes are definitely smooth now, as opposed to looking all over the place when following a finger moving
Still to see a measurable improvement in spelling, but his writing is getting smaller. he is less emotional about writing too (though still won't write for peasure).
The BO repeated the test where DS reads horizontally and vertically. He has gone from 0th centile to 76th centile for a 7 year old :) This is brilliant!
There is still some way for him to go with the vision exercises, but things are looking up!
He is also taking the TH supplements.
