As someone who lived in derbyshire until recently star I can confirm that that is indeed what they think

I could put more about that county here but as it was an individual they would be easily identified but I was quite shocked at their implication that the majority of parents were happy and that those who weren't were in the wrong county.

Sparkle, it was a typical LG meeting really with no defined outcomes. It was all really just contributions for a review, whatever that means.
