hi my son is three and half year now he hasnt started communicating yet.He also having some difficulty to follow the instructions .speech therapist saying he need special teacher in the school .He hasn't got any siblings or other kids to play at home .is there any play groups or some thing i can take him to mix with other kids.all other kids in the nursery showing interest in drawing and writing he is not at all interested . he communicate only using single words please give me some advise
