blood test for celiac disease negative - still worth doing the sunderland urine test?

DD (4, autism) has awful constipation. we had a blood test for celiac disease which came back clear.

might it still be worthwile do get her urine tested by the sunderland people? I really want to eradicate the cause of her constipation rather than giving only movicol to ease the symptoms iyswim.
