Is anyone going to The Autism Show ?

Its on in london excel 15th and 16th of june.

Simon baron-cohen is going to be a speaker .

Looks good , but IM A BIT FAR AWAY in scotland.

Has anyone been before ? Is it good ....need to know before i shell out for tickets and accomadation .

I dunno. There is something in me screaming objection to an autism 'show'.

Not sure why.

All I know do know quite clearly what my objection to SBC is and even more so given the fact he's appearing alongside other commercial organisations making money out of our 'needs'.

Im sort of hoping someone will come along and tell us that there is going to be some fantastic new therapy that actually works and makes our asd kids lives a little bit easier for them.
