Hi does anyones dc have movement tics. My 11yo ds has been unwell for few months now. He is being assessed at Yorkhill Glasgow caledonia house psychiatric unit. They at first thought was catatonia, he is constantly being assessed 2/3 days per week and they always video him. They now think tourettes he screams constant legs and feet twist and arms jerk on and off whole day long. He does get in some weird positions and at times seems to stick. After googling im not sure is this for me he seems to be in pain, though docs say he will be in pain, ive a feeling its something else though dont know what lol. He is 11 has severe autism, global developmental delay, doesnt communicate, low muscle tone, adhd, & pica. Docs now think tourettes movement tics if your dc has this how does it affect them, thanks x
