Its called 'the autism file' and goes out on a sunday Sky 'showcase' channel around 5.30pm. Sky channel 201. And showcase +1 at 6.30pm.

Today an interesting article about ABA, diet, nutrition, different types of autism and how they are diagnosed. The programme is british so not sure why the magazine is $5? There is probably an input from slightly more 'off centre' views but neverthless the programme was very informative and certainly worth setting the planner for.

I have watched a few before but found them too American and a huge amount about bio medical treatments which isn't really me.

you can get the magazine in the Uk too - it used to be 'just' British, I think, but then went global (ie American too!) a couple of years ago. I have a subscription, and I think you can get it in WHSmiths (used ot be able to anyway)

it is very biomed/diet based (suits me) and does have some very interesting articles. Not seen the programme - not sure we get that channel (can you tell our tv is rarely on anythign but CBeebies )

It seems to have disappeared from Smiths

Ds2 and ds3 were in it once talking (very briefly) about their brother. The mag, not the TV show!

god, that seems a lifetime ago - was back when we were struggling with statementing, and dd1 was not in a good place. can only have been 3 years ago, max?

They stopped selling it thru wh smith. Something to do with the demands smiths made.
