when did they change the childrens DLA forms?

Well its that time again and DS DLA form landed with a thud through the letterbox,It makes me feel like crap everytime i have to go through filling it in with all the negatives ect but ive just had a quick flick and its all different.
Cant work out yet if its just a different format,easier or more complicated.....oh the joys

It is definitely different. Makes it more difficult to copy my old one! I also hate it esp as I know they will pounce on any bit of progress to take it away.

cansu my intention was to copy from the old one but taking a better look its not going to be possible...grrrrr
Dont know where they think we find the time to fill it in

Think we need a DLA sit in with tea, wine and chocolate
