My little boy has just had emergency surgery and had 80% bowel removal. I have been dealing with the initial shock and he's still in intensive care due to his history of breathing problems (hes on permanant home oxygen).
Can anyone give me any idea of life afterwards? They have mentioned the possibility of pump feeding if he cant tolerate food. I wondered if anyone had any experience.
