what do you do when the new school pead refuses you and the old school pead doesn't want you and you are left with no pead??

special school has a new pead due to the old one leaving, both refuse to see my ds. Although he is still registered at the school he hasn't attended for 2 year, hence why the new pead doesn't want him. However the LA have stated as he is still registered there he should transfer to the new pead. WWYD?

Write to their Manager and explain and ask them to sort out a paed for you to see. Go to GP an insist as well.

agree with wassup. if he was in m/s so not under the ss paed, he would still be NHS's responsibility.

I have asked the GP to refer us elsewhere for a lot of things including pead but heard nothing yet. How do I find out who the manager is?
