Hi does anyone use this way of communicating with their DC. DS deafblind and is beginning to use this method but we feel we are fumbling around. School are trying to find out more but I would rather rely on personal stories.
TIA

I'm presuming this is when the 'talker' uses sign language and the deafblind 'listener' puts their hands on their wrists to follow the conversation?

It works; my sign language is very rusty now but I used to 'speak' with a man who could communicate like this. He had something called usher's syndrome, so was sighted in the earlier part of his life.
