DLA renewal not looking good

been HRC and HRM since 3 month, now nearly 11 they need further evidence to reach a decision as to whether he will even get it and at what rate!

The hospital social worker applied at 3 month. I then got word from DLA before he was 3 to put in for mobility. Then in 07/08 it all got cocked up in regards to the car, having had a mobility car for 3 year and a 4 year award, was told all the wrong info, kept the car for an extended lease. Then motability needed the car back and DLA wouldn't renew for another 6 month. So welfare benefits got involved and literally got it looked at and renewed in a day. I got a phone call to say go and pick a car and let the garage know to phone them as we had no proof with it all getting renewed so fast. Renewing again after a 4 and half to 5 year award. HTH
