Here are some suggested organisations that offer expert advice on special needs.

Anyone else utterly depressed at all the children in nappy stories.

I know I shouldnt let it get to me, but I have and it does.

Ds is 5 next week, he is still in nappies, absolutely nowhere near ready to train. He cant dress himself, feed himself or even hold a pencil and I am sat here in tears because I have tried my hardest to get him to be able to do these things and it hurts that I havent been able to.

Sorry for the pity me post. I am feeling a little off today.

shazian my ds is 7 but very big for his age, mostly in 9-10 clothes. I can't remember which size he has currently (they are actually going round and round in the washer at the mo).

I think first time round I emailed them about sizes, then when they got too small I just ordered the next size up. Maybe get in touch with them if you're not sure what size to order.

DS has a couple of these he uses for night time. (Up until the end of last year he used to wet the bed 4 or 5 times a night due to anxiety). They are really well made and she does all sizes right up to obese adult. Although a high initial outlay they keep the weekly shop cost down as they are washable. Perhaps a bit inconvenient for school but might help some of you at night? Just an idea.
