Here are some suggested organisations that offer expert advice on special needs.

Why do children always know when you can't talk much?

I have a dreadful cold, and my voice is nearly gone. And HURTS to talk. So of course DS2 & DS3 are at their manic best. It's like they KNOW it's miserable to try and get my point across or tell them anything. They're shouting and fighting and just not listening.

I at least finally got their attention when I carried them up to their rooms and made them stay there for 15 minutes. (gotta love safety gates Grin)

Wonder how long this peace will last... 10 minutes? maybe 15? Or is that me being optimistic? Hmm

And DS2 is in full on question mode. Asking about EVERYTHING. Over and over and over. He's not even waiting for an answer anymore, he just keeps asking. So I'm just waiting to see how long before he realises I'm not answering him. Grin
