IKWYM - i spent hours yesterday helping mum to fill in hers. this is the second lot she filled in. she sent in an appeal and they wrote back to say they cannot locate her original papers and so could she re-apply - so frustrating!

Can I give you a tip for future forms? I type mine all out in Word with the same headings as on the forms themselves and send that document rather than writing on the forms, though I do send the forms as well for signatures and other info. Typing is a lot easier than writing and you can go back and edit it if you make mistakes. You've then got an editable file available for next time and you just have to go through and update the information as necessary.

For my own IB forms I literally cut and paste from the Word document onto the form, adjusting the font sizes and margins to make it fit. Saves lots of faffing about and it only takes a couple of hours at review time.

HTH.

Or at least make sure you keep a photocopy (not that I could find my blimmin photocopy if I tried!)
