AT LEAST!

oh man... am tired just watching him. (autistic 5 year old). seems really obsessive. could he be avoiding something, trying to distract himself.?

think he hates our (lovely victorian) cornicing. gotton worse over last 6 months. what do we do? get a false ceiling? call diy sos?

is it just us? have him recorded on phone video for 3 mins running round couch continuously, crying and roaring, so i can show paed when she comes next week. its so distressing for us and him.

i would have recorded longer but suddenly smelt burning and remembered i had toasted sandwich under grill.

Sounds like stimming. Is there a trigger?

Indoor trampoline - we got one from decathlon for £24. At least it keeps him in one location when in mad kitten mode.

Take him to the park?
Tbh if its raining and ds is driving me up the wall I tell him to run up and down stairs 20 times or make an assault course or pull all the cushions off the sofa to jump on.
