I know others have posted before - I've searched threads (and been part of threads Blush) but totally confused as to how to get it right.

ds (5yrs, mild asd traits, no dx) sensitive to diet, I know he is sensitive to dairy and we have gone casien free, I think its helped but today I'm not sure, he has suppliments (multi vit) but I'm not disciplined about others as I have no idea if they help or not - to be honest for all I know I could be posioning him Hmm dh is sensitive to wheat, we've toyed with going gluten free too so GF/CF. We've looked at GAPS diet... worried about soya having too many naturally occuring female hormones.... he is very skinny, can't work out if the fatigue is due to hypermobility or lack of energy or intollerance... is he 'switched off' today because his glue ear is back now the grommits have fallen out or diet or something else.... how do you get it right?? Who should I ask? can I ask anyone? (apart from you lovely people Smile)

I feel like I'm in a bit of a fog with it all and want to be proactive but I think I could do with a manual! how come they don't come with one?!? Grin any advice (or a friendly Sunday evening chat..)
