The last time I 'saw' her things were really shite and I'm a bit worried.

Haven't seen her in a while, what's going on with her?

She's as strong as an axe but had an awful lot thrown at her all at the same time. She 'seemed' alright, but then disappeared.

I hope her absence is only because she felt SN boards aren't for her at this time and not because things have got worse.
