what is spastic syndrome?

just found out i possibly have spastic syndrome. my right hand has suddenly seized up and the doctor said this is a possibility. what is it?

please help, i hav tried googling it too but had no success.

spastic means "stiff" that's all i know i'm afraid

spastic is another term for involuntary spasms

syndrome means a group of symptoms that collectively indicate or characterize a disease, psychological disorder, or other abnormal condition.

I think he is just saying that your hand is behaving in a non typical fashion, by having this behaviour

god it is so sore-swelling increased too

i will be seeing at reumatology clinic on monday
