Dear all, a student doing a specia study in early years intervention in Autism approached me asking for help. She wants eventually to be a teacher and is really interested in early years interventions and programmes that can be done. I don't know enough about this area to advise her as it was not something we knew about when DS1 was little and I'm a secondary specialist not early years. Can anyone point me in the direction of a name or person she could contact to talk to to get some insider knowledge on the benefits, etc of ABA. We are in the South London/South East area. She is young so I have safeguarding issues here so if she were to contact someone or go visit somewhere she would need either myself or her parent to go with her but I just thought you guys would know more about it than me so at least I can point her in the right direction. I've given her a name of an Autism school which is vaguely local to us but I know that they do TEACH but not ABA and I can probablly fill in stuff about Maketon myself but any pointers on ABA would be brilliant.

Thank you.
