I've never heard of any link between sleep apnea and autism, I think sleep apnea in children can be associated with tonsil/adenoid problems or obesity. I imagine if there he does have sleep apnea then behaviourwise and learning wise things might improve if that's treated?

They told us it might be tonsil and we have 2 get them out!! (Dreading that day as I have no ida how ds1 is going 2 take the hole hospital thing) I hop that behawise and learning and concentration will improve!!
