Can someone point me in the right direction.......education law.....

I need the bit what came out either sept 2010 or 11. Educated otherwise not in school should still be entitled full time.

Plus any good vibes my way for my meeting with head of ed and SARS this evening.

The Children, Schools and Families Act 2010, Section 3 added a subsection to Education Act 1996, section 19 about exceptional provision (usually PRU but include Ed O/wise) to say it should be fulltime unless an exception applies.

So the main Act is still 1996 Ac with a bit added.

Twas a really fantastic meeting. We have a way forward for DS, so hopefully after Feb half term my load will be a bit easier!
