Help DLA renewal

it's been a long time since I filled out this form having had the last 2 done for me. Anyway part 24, help the child needs when they go out during the day or in the evening........
what they do or would do if they had the help they need......

I don't know what to do!!!!

Dev, call CAsh 4 Kids, and have someone come out and help you fill them out. You have toomuch as it is to have to do them yourself.

Could he go to a swimming lesson or cubs if he had suitably trained support? Could he go to a youth club? He might not want to, but DC his age do, so could that be something to put down?
