you did for a minute Pipin. Just think this whole situation's getting me down at the mo. Sick of DS constant demands, repetition, attention span and constant supervision. Plus one or two niggles with DD. No time to catch up with housework, statement and now the dreaded DLA deadline may be missed!!

They are suggesting his old school or any other LA school as financially this is best. However they have said a lot of things are in favour of us for tribunal. They have sent his paperwork to 4 neighbouring authorities and some have met him and said no lol.

I do have a few options to put to the LA which could save them money before asking for Inde, full time home tuition being one of them.

It's more if he wasn't as demanding, I wouldn't be as tired and then I can do everything else.

Fighting the LA is so hard, I really feel for you dev. Giving them some less expensive options is a good way to go I think, well it worked for me for ds, eventually. Mind you I did have to write to CEO, MP stage a sit in and the local council offices and threaten them with Equalities Act and the press. Still it worked in the end
