Note In Lieu - Appeal help please

Hi - DD#1 just been issued a note in lieu after statutory assessment. I am just starting out the appeal paperwork but wondered if anyone has been there done that and can offer some advice as to what approach to take with the part where I give reasons why I disagree with the decision. How much do I write - I could get very carried away to be honest but not sure if just the bare facts are needed given all the reports will be included anyway? I will call IPSEA too but can't do this for a couple of days right now, so any advice gratefully received.

Thank you - I have made a start and a plan of how to organise and comment on all of the information. IPSEA were very helpful too and feel we have a good case here so fingers crossed they are right and we can get the LEA to back down or at least have their decision overturned if it goes to hearing.
