I am thinking of dropping overnight respite for ds as we don't really like him being away from home and also don't find it flexible enough, but am trying to think of alternatives as still would occasionally like to go out and maybe even have someone stay here and look after ds whilst we are away. Currently gets two nights respite per month. What could I reasonably ask for in terms of a direct payment hours instead. Any ideas?
