[blush] Been finding everything a bit difficult tbh. Can't work out whether it's the effects of a year of stress taking its toll or what it is but haven't felt up to updating on here. Ds had a bad end to term, the taxi messed up, he stopped sleeping and withdrew again.It's still not brilliant, he's really not wanting to be in school and he's barely speaking again although today he went into school independently so maybe we're on the way back up again. Heard from solicitor today that LA are enraged that I am appealing parts two and three when they agreed to the placement I wanted. I'm obviously an ungrateful cow and should accept the wishy washy statement that is neither appropriate to ds or the placement he's in [hmm]They are threatening to ask that the appeal is struck out although solicitor says they won't be able to. Got dd's proposed amended statement on Saturday eight months after AR so need to look properly at that. Heard from LGO and they believe LEA at no time acted badly but to be quite honest that's what I expected and will let it go. ICO are investigating my complaint though regarding FOI request and have to say on first impression they seem far more interested, thorough and demanding so who knows they may get their knuckles rapped after all [wink]?
