I was browsing through this article in yes the DM, and was thinking what a gorgeous little boy he is, when I read some of the negative comments at the bottom, and was Shock and Angry. Who has the right to decide who lives on this earth and who does not! Just goes to show that there is still bigotry and ignorance out there.

The DM comments section attract some right bigots, the majority of which, I suspect, are writing under a fake name. Makes it worse really, in that you just don't know who holds those kind of views in RL, if that makes sense?

Awful stuff Sad

Whate a great lad! very handsome!

I am not shocked at the comments though just saddened. Ignorance of the perfect race. Probably related to hitler somewhere along the line.................

I know, who are they to judge who has a right to live on this earth, there is a lot of ignorance and bigotry in some of those comments and it shows.

What if somebody had said that about themselves or their children!

I thought it rather encouraging that in over 100 comments, probably 95% were outraged at the 3 or so negative posters, telling them in no uncertain terms that their views were repugnant and unwelcome.

It's the DM, so sadly, I'm not at all surprised.

What do you expect from the Daily Fail. Hope my 3 lovely people with DS never are exposed to such bigotry, thanks OP for bringing this to my attention smacks of the 1960's, beautiful boy though.

Thought it was great that both Target and Nordstrom used this gorgeous child as a model for their clothing ranges. Also Target did not make a big song and dance about it either.

It should happen here more as well, when do we ever see any disabled people in any forms of advertising?.

(Have always thought highly of Nordstrom in terms of their stores and customer service).

Ryan is so cute, what a sweetie. I know that the great majority were supportive and positive, but those few comments just were vile and horrid, especially from Anna (Miami) and Evie.
