SENDIST Tribunal

I received the final information about my son?s SENDIST appeal tribunal today location etc.

So it is a matter of weeks now and I am getting worried.

I have read a SENDIST annual report. I notice a reasonable amount of cases are dismissed, so now I am worried how many people have been unsuccessful at appeal?

We have gone to appeal to get the LEA to make an assessment.

Thank you

You've probably done this already but if you have not I would strongly urge you to talk with IPSEA and tell them about the tribunal. They have helped many people throught the tribunal process.

www.ipsea.org.uk is the website. They are not there today but they will be in tomorrow.

I heard a figure a while ago, can't remember where, that 90% of tribunal cases are won by parents. SO take heart and good luck!
