Private autism specialist

My daughter, 12, has severe autism and equally severe adhd, meds -risperdal not helping her, increased self harming and violent outburst, we 've tried differen meds all not helping

We do not seem to be making any progress for 12 years, and with NHS CAHMS service etc.
and will be very grateful if any knows of a private specialist in the UK or international, very desperate.

I know that I saw Dr Daphne Keen for diagnosis - she's a very eminent autism expert (does private work, but also v high up in NHS at St George's Hospital Tooting). I do not know, sorry, if she does stuff with older kids but it might be worth a try. she is somewhere in London W1 if you google. If risperidone isn't working, what about Prozac or a calming anti depressant?

I don't have any names myself - would the NAS be able to help? I should imagine they would have contacts.
