Help from SS

As dd has been recently dx,d with CP we would like to see what help we could have re work being done to our house or even getting a council house.

The bathroom in our house is 2 levels up and is not going to be good enough for dd.

how do we go about finding information for this, i have had a look on my local gov site but cant see anything.

This is something we went through as we lived in a terraced house that couldn't be adapted. the person who helped us was the social services O.T
Thanks to her we got a disabled housing association house.
