Started a new "healthy eating regime" (as well as supplments and exercises) 3 days ago. Basically he needs much more protein and fruit and veg.

He doesnt have a "bad" diet per se, i.e no fizzy drinks, sweets, chocolate etc but it is very carb heavy and restricted....you know how it is...

Anyway, since we started he as tried; bacon, sausage and egg!!!! OK, he didnt like the bacon and sausage BUT he ate an omlette!!! AND beans!!!!! He also ate peas and sweetcorn with his sunday lunch!!!

He had chicken on his pizza yesterday too!!

He also had 2 fromage frais!!!

Am so proud of him! He finds trying new things (anything) so stressful and upsetting, but is doing really well.

No way we could have done this even a year ago.....so dont give up, guys...things can change for the better!
