Hi all
I've recruited two volunteer tutors to help with my son's ABA home programme and I need to complete the process by obtaining references from them. I'll ask for a personal and a job reference from each one and I'm looking for ideal questions to ask. Have any of you done this? if you have I would be grateful for your help.
I'm looking for about 5 generic questions that would suit anyone working with a special needs child.
