ds not discharged from SALT after all

They sent us a letter a few months ago saying 'Discharge' at the top but they say this was the wrong headed paper and he has not actually been discharged....

- as they didn't have an emoticon with [muppets]

Not a good example of functional communication !!

definately muppets! My sons first appointment was sent to me and a totally different childs name was shown! So I had to phone to confirm it was actually for him. Aparently it was but the other mother had a letter with my sons name on it DOH!
