calling indigo please??

hi there,
i have noticed on some of your posts that you seem to know alot on vitamins etc,
could i ask you advise please?
my son is 7,he is adhd,poss aspergers,odd,
hes VERY aggressive!
could you advise me on what supplements and dosage...ish for him,please,
hes not medicated,

I'm not the expert - I'm just repeating what I was told at Tinsley house.

His diet and supplements page is here

These are the exact supplements he recommended to me:

Omega
zinc and magnesium
multi vitamins

But you don't have to have those exact ones if your DS doesn't like it.

I think you want around 300 - 500 of omega EPA and 7 - 10 of zinc and 130 of magnesium.

But I'm not using those exact supplements or dosages, I'm using what my kids will take :)

Which is osteocare for zinc and magnesium. Plus the omega I recommended plus a sweetie type multivitamin.

If you can I recommend going to Tinsley house. He is fabulous, and not particularly expensive.
