I have been looking for therapy for ds and I am looking at Retained Reflex Theray and Sensory Interagation. They seem to work on similar difficulties. I don't have money for both. Can anyone help me decide?

You will have to assess the nature of your DCs issues, and then work out which is the most appropriate therapy based on the assessment of the problems.
Each program can provide benefit for very different issues.

Do either Retained Reflex Therapy or Tinsley House.

:)

You are right, they do work on similar difficulties, so you don't need to do both.

you could have a look at these two research paper collections Primitive Reflexes, and Retention and Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)
