Special needs buggy rings help?!

I have been given a SN buggy this week by a wonderful lady. The buggy is great but there are these rings attached, which I can only assume you use to hang things like feeding bags and tanks on.
Can anyone make use of these? It seems a waste to leave them on there when we won't use them.

i quite like this one, it lays down slightly so if shes asleep she isnt bolt upright like in the major.
Why you wound up? feel free to vent Grin
I got given this by another SN mum, and now SNHV has referred us to the assessment for a buggy Hmm always the way.
