We had this one for ds2 when he was 2. He has hypotonia and hypermobility, sat unaided at 16 months, walked at 2y 10m. Not sure if it would do the tilting thing though. Wheelchair services tried to give us something that wasn't right for us after that (we use the buses a lot and they didn't have one that could fold easily) so we ended up without a SN buggy in the end. Stand your ground because there is no point in getting a buggy you can't use.

It was from wheelchair services. When we wanted a double they said they would pay the cost of the single and we would have to pay the difference.
