I agree completely, I would go one further and say to treat people equally you can't treat them all the same!

And heaven forbid a disabled person get something for free that is an extra for them but a nesserity for us!

In my job as a senco with preschoolers I have to make sure that all children are getting the same opportunities. How they access the opportunities is dependent on what support we put in place.

We definatly don't have a one size fits all approach.
