For a friend anyone used these? Good or bad experiences? Particularly if it was refusal to assess for SA a HFA child.

Fiona is excellent and has helped me and several pals across a huge variety of issues. Email her first and she will get cack to you. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Have name changed for this.

FS is helpful and experienced and sympathetic.

The only draw back is that she is clearly snowed under and can take a lot of time to respond or to do what you've instructed her to. This has caused me some frustration when you are faced with dynamic situations which need urgent responses.

Agree she is very good, but can be slow. We used her at tribunal and she was excellent on the day and we got her to draft grounds of appeal, which were also excellent. But for small stuff she can be slow at getting back to you, but always does eventually. For the cost she is really good value.
