Hi,

We are hoping to start a program very soon either with PEACH or Sean Rhodes for our 2y4m old ds who has a working dx of ASD and is non verbal.
I have heard a lot about PEACH and their program but have very mimited information on SR. Can I please ask for your thoughts/advice on Sean Rhodes please, whether you had any experiences of dealing with him personally or anecdotal.

Thanks

Not personally but know of two families locally who use or used him as a consultant and both were very pleased with his approach and input.

sorry that should be three families locally who rate him highly as I have just thought of another one !

I rate him highly and know him personally. Efficient, knows more about ABA than most people have forgotten and actually cares about the kids

we used him, for our home programme with dd1. and he was consultant at her school.

I cannot rate him highly enough - very helpful, always able to get to the crux of the matter, and great at thinking laterally (which was nearly always needed in our case!)

we started with him when dd1 was 3, and quite low functioning. she is now 7, and has progressed brilliantly over the years.

the only reason we don't see him any more is that dd1 is at an ABA school, so home programme mor eor less defunct. but would not hesitate to contact him if we had any issues.

PM me if you want more detailed/personalised info, and please do ask anything you would want to know.

Thanks sickof & silverfrogSmile

I am going to go with him as he can start
this week, very worried at the moment as DS's behaviour seems to be getting worse recently, more stimming and tantrums which were not there a month ago, so really looking forward to getting started. It is really nice to hear that people have positive experiences of him.Smile
