I wont say which paper or go too indepth but it was about you moving recently down to my area and still unable to obtain a place in a school for your son. Well done to you for making this known :)

I think I have seen you about by the photo and dont know if you are a member here but if you are and you want some company or someone to voice your stresses at give me a pm.

I dont know any other mums in the area with SN children and I dont know if you have made an army of friends yet, but if you havent I am around :)

Have you gone to the newspaper and asked them to pass your details to her ....if its a local paper they usually will do it - just a thought

I was thinking of that :) But then I thought she may be a private person and it seemed to intrusive. Its just that I was in the shop and her story was on the front page. Its small town and I am sure I past her on a couple of occasions, it was the child that I remember.

I just thought poor thing she has some battle to get child into school and what guts she had to put it in the paper. Also being new here, maybe she was on her own and wanted a friendly face (my face can do friendly ocasionally when I am not arguing with proffessionals Grin) I tend to keep myself to myself really but I wil keep an eye out for her. Hopefully she has made friends with others by now :)

It's not intrusive as the onus is on her to contact - you could write a letter to the paper supporting her and her fight - the paper don't have to publish your details and then she might contact you - she sounds fiesty I like her Grin

Darn it!, just tried to do some sleuthing but your profile's hidden.

I'd try googling her or as frizz said - contact the paper. That doesn't make you a stalker, it makes you an ally, which is a Good Thing.

hahahaha! there is nothing on my profile lol not even an ugly mug shot Grin

I will track her down lol she is hopefully getting her son into the same school my DD goes to. The school refused at first and another was recommended but they are a no go according to LA and so named the first one. My DD is same age. She is NT but got such a nice mothery sort of character she could take him under her wing a bit for support until he got settled.

Not motherly in a Aww poor you way. Shes like me in the sense of "whats up with you get a grip lol" and she would stick up for someone.
