EP appointment in 2 weeks.... what to expect and how to prepare???

I have my first appointment with DD's EP in 2 weeks. The school have requested this appointment as they have highlighted to me ASD traits ( she is 14).
I obviously want to go along as prepared as possible so any advice on what to expect would be great.
