Hi my name is Kim, I'm mum to a little girl who was diagnosed with cp at around a year old. As a brief outline, I suffered a traumatic birth and consequently my little girl suffered brain damage. At first I had no idea that the hospital had anything to do with it. Ella began to show signs that things were not as they should be and I started to notice that she wasn't meeting her milestones. To cut a long story short I ended up sueing the NHS and successful won the case. I wanted to post this thread just in case I can be useful to anyone who is in a similar position.
