DS - asd

Magnesium - helps sleep issues & calcium absorbtion (DS dairy intolerant).

Omega 3 oil/cod liver oil - depends what's mercury screened and on special offer. - helps general brain development

Researching probiotics - ds is on some but there are sooo many different types. This I'm hoping will sort poo issues. The more I read in this area the more I feel I just need to identify the correct non-dairy probiotic to use & I'll be onto a winner.

Intending to try gaps type diet after xmas + behavior balance but want to do a hair strand test first to check general nutrient levels.

Probiotics, multivit, bath in Epsom salts - absorbs magnesium through skin

any of the yakult type probiotic yoghurts (can be own brand store ones if cheaper) are worth a try for poo problems (have had this recommended by a few nurses).

Same as ohmeoy plus Eskimo omega 3 6 9 and behaviour balance liquid.
