Does this mean anything?

My boy of 5.8 swings his right arm around in circles when he runs, probably 9 times out of 10. He has always moved in quite a playful / expressive way. According to my SD he always waves his hands about at dinner time (but I'm too busy eating to notice).
Is this an indicator of anything or is it just his personality?

Does he have a DX, or are you asking if this behaviour could indicate a problem?

I think on its own as an isolated behaviour its most likely to be his personality. Do you have any other concerns?

No DX - just asking / wondering.

No obvious causes for concern from our point of view but he's had ILPs since preschool for various little things. His previous teacher called in Ed Psych to observe for an hour but she didn't notice anything amiss.
They decided he's just got an individual personality - which is great - but I'm wondering about the physical side, as I don't see his friends doing similar things.
