just a heads up, if anyones Dc's are in reciept of tena nappies it appears theve upped the 'plus' pack size to 30 so its 11 packs delivered not 12 and its a total of 330 nappies not 336 :)

Have you contacted your continence team about this?

When our team changed nappy supplier we found that the pack sizes were different and we were short of items too. When I rang the continence nurse I was told that the deliveries would alternate with one delivery being "short" and the next "over" to balance out. THey should have started with an "over" delivery though. But she sorted it out and we do still get the same amount.

Can you tell me if these nappies are any good. We stopped using the prescription ones as they didn't work at all. Now I just buy the pampers night time pj pants. If these are better we'll see if we can get a change of brand.

there not bad . they can leak if the occupant moves around a lot and there cut high on the thigh.

also the difference is pack size vs allocation means its like 2 days nappies lost per order but there delivered a week earlier which well over the year means

1320 per year compared to 1344 but you get them a week earlier so you dont lose out

11 packs 11 weeks between orders 4 per day

Hey, that's interesting! I wonder if it depends on where you live as to if you get 'pants' pants or something that works!!
I think a phone call may be needed.................. Thanks for the info xx
