what should I expect in terms of help from nhs salt?

Appointment tomorrow. DS is pre-verbal but does say a few sounds in response to filling in songs. I think they will just want to review him in 6 months. How can I get some more structured sessions with a SALT? DS is just over 2.

bit late now as you will have been to appointment, but ask them about Hanen courses.

Thanks tocha. It went well, we are already doing everything she suggested so no real need for extra support just yet, plus she was impressed with how far he's come since end of aug. She was really lovely actually. So all good.

I have the hanen books, just need to get round to reading them, I'll investigate the courses.
